To open and maintain an Account on 988wim, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:
Underage Gambling: The Operator takes underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Any Account found to be held by a person under the required minimum age will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage person will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software on shared devices.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances arising from bonus activity.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at the point of registration, upon reaching deposit thresholds, or at any time the Operator deems appropriate for fraud prevention or AML compliance purposes.

Deposits at 988wim are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The Operator maintains a live cashier listing all currently available deposit methods. Payment method availability may change without prior notice in response to provider policies, regulatory requirements or technical factors.

Your Account is denominated in PKR. All bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in PKR unless you have selected a different base currency at registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, is applied at the rate prevailing at the time of transaction.

The Operator processes withdrawal requests within its standard operational schedule. No specific processing time guarantees are made in these Terms. Actual receipt of funds by the User will additionally depend on the processing schedule of the relevant payment provider, which is outside the Operator's control.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and referral rewards offered by 988wim are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Operator will clearly state the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit and any game contribution rates applicable to each promotion. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino products may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely.
The Operator actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking on low-risk or excluded outcomes to clear wagering requirements, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit referral offers, and systematic exploitation of promotion structures. Where abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the applicable bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Welcome bonuses and new-player offers are available once per person, household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player offer multiple times through separate registrations constitutes multi-accounting and is a breach of these Terms.
A bet or wager is binding once confirmed by the Platform's system. The Operator is not liable for bets placed in error, including where the User has staked an incorrect amount or selected an unintended market. Users should review their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, data feed failure or any other system error affecting the settlement of a bet, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. The Operator will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The Operator may impose maximum stake limits and maximum payout caps on any market, game or event. These limits may be applied at the individual bet level or at the level of aggregate winnings per day, week or month. Current limits are published in the cashier and sportsbook help section.
In-play markets are subject to rapid opening and closing. The Operator reserves the right to suspend any live market at any time without notice. Bets accepted and confirmed before a suspension will stand unless otherwise voided under the terms of Section 8.2.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wim Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
All content on the 988wim Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, software and compiled databases — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in or to any Platform content. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses beyond the direct stake placed on a voided bet, arising in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities, and makes no representations as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 988wim support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must either be completed or the bonus forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the User via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding dispute.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):
Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach, any Balance attributable to bonus winnings or obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by the Operator's licensing authority. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of gaming-related disputes, and no provision of these Terms shall be construed as doing so.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
